Join our group classes designed to build strength and muscular development in a supportive, motivating environment. You’ll master proper technique for the Big Four compound lifts—squat, bench press, deadlift, and overhead press—under the guidance of an experienced coach. With a maximum group size of 8, each member receives individualized attention, a customized program, and coaching cues to ensure safe progress, optimal results, and growing confidence in every session. The class is designed for people of different experience levels – from complete beginners to advanced. Whether you’re new to lifting or looking to refine your skills, these classes will help you achieve your fitness goals and unlock your full potential.
