Just started here at the gym for boxing lessons and I’m thrilled that I did so. Jesus was patient and informative. Everyone seemed really nice and if you are looking to pick up boxing I highly recommend this place .

The program that Rich has established here is all that a person can ask for, whether they are inexperienced and looking for somewhere to start, or they’re developed and wish to expand their training and combat knowledge in different fields. His extremely diverse combat programming offers many options of study and practice for just about anyone. Definitely recommend, I guarantee there is something here for you!

Rich is a great motivator and works with all levels. You’ll get a good workout, and pick up some boxing skills at the same time. Lots of individual instruction, too. Highly recommended!
